Collectible Motorcar of Atlanta has done it again with this gorgeous 1985 Chevrolet C10. The body style of trucks from this era are nicknamed “Squarebody” due to the famous shaping of the front end as well as the body of the truck. You are not looking at a typical 1985 Chevy C10 survivor truck, you are looking at a highly and tastefully modified squarebody with brand new custom interior and paint that looks wet. Not to mention the powerful 350 cubic inch V8 that lies under the hood and the tight shifting 700R4 transmission that allows for smooth cruising at any reasonable speed your heart desires.
The black paint and silver trim not only contrasts super well with the dark brown interior, but the quality of paint is definitely something to write home about. When looking at the paint close up, it is almost as if you are looking down on a calm lake, with a perfect reflection of yourself and whatever is behind you at the time. The silver trim ties the exterior together very nicely, and looks cleaner than the original. A tasteful upgrade shown on this truck is the hints of carbon fiber that line the front grill as well as the tailgate. This gives the truck an newer and clean look, and contrasts very nicely with the silver trim. When it comes to the wheel choice, grey US Mags were chosen to give the truck the updated and timeless look.
Open the door to find the black and silver theme slightly continued and complimented by a gorgeous brown bench seat and door panels. The bench seat looks particularly nice in contrast with the black dash, steering wheel, and headliner. There are tasteful mods such as an upgraded AM/FM RetroSound radio and air conditioning. This truck has everything that I would personally do to a squarebody if I were to upgrade one.
Under the hood lies the aforementioned 350 cubic inch V8, complimented by chrome valve covers and a few more cosmetic and mechanical upgrades. When looking into the engine bay you will notice AC mounted on the driver side, a beautiful red intake, and gorgeous chrome valve covers. Underneath the air breather you will find a Holley Street Avenger 4 Barrel Carburetor, and topped by an Edelbrock Performance Aluminum intake for maximum performance. Turn the key to hear the beautiful sound of the long tube headers that connect to exhaust that exits under the bed in the rear.
