Some history from the original owner: The car was purchased from the original owner in July of 1984. A year later, she had a baby, and then another one. She did not drive the vehicle much after she had a baby. Her husband, Gerald, owns an auto/machine shop, and they kept the Pontiac parked in the back of the shop from 1986. He said that the Pontiac was always blocked in with customer's cars, so they hardly ever drove the Pontiac. The last official registration on the car was in 1996, but he said they did occasionally run the car around their parking lot.
